1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s), provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging and all components.

  • Items must show no signs of wear, misuse, or damage not caused by us.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be clean and unused.

  • Any defective or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@balmeri.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photo(s) of the item if it is damaged or defective

  • Your full name

  • Your return address

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

⚠️ Please do not send returns to the sender’s address listed on the package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Refund Conditions

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@balmeri.com.
If the order has already been shipped, you may return it after delivery in accordance with this policy.


5. Items in Transit

Our products are shipped from international logistics centres. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by customs clearance or courier delays.

Once an item is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery is completed and then request a return if necessary.


6. Refund Timeline

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s), using the same payment method as the original purchase.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, worn apparel)

  • Sale or clearance items, unless defective


8. Return Address

All approved returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
The exact return address will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
